Recognizing Achievements!

We believe that good quality care is provided by well trained staff who love what they do and we are proud to provide our staff with externally assessed training that helps give them the skills they need to excel in their role.

This week, resident Gerald presented two of our Care Assistants, Atlanta and Brenda with their certificate. 

Baily, Registered Care Manager explained:

"All of our staff have a great oppurtunity with us here at The Island to develop their career and skills and we are proud of each member of staff who achieves the next step in their learning with us.
